I want to be your cheer leader. I want to watch you step into the arena and shout “you’ve got this! You are the winner!”

Make your DIY Printable Notebook

So you signed up and you’ve got the Printable Freebie Bundle and you printed your cheer up notebook, and now you are ready to make it! Let’s go:

1. first, print out the 6 pages PDF file. I recommend printing the interior pages on plain white paper and the cover on thick cardstock.

2. Cut out each page of the notebook.

3. Fold each page in the middle (the middle is marked in small lines).

If the cover is thicker and harder to fold, you can score it first.
To score, place a ruler along the middle of the cover, and pass gently with the dull edge of a butter knife to create a soft crease. Then fold it.

4. Stack the interior pages in the order you want them to be, then add the cover

5. Before you staple the notebook, make sure all the pages are aligned and in the right orientation.

6. Lay the notebook open, facing down, and staple the spine.

If your stapler doesn’t reach the spine of your notebook, you can use this trick:

place the notebook facing down on Styrofoam block. 
Spread your stapler open and staple the notebook at the spine, letting the staples penetrate the foamboard beneath.

Pull the notebook up and remove the Styrofoam.
Bend the staples inward with the back of your stapler, or with another strong object.
