Thanksgiving is on its way, and with the spirit of the season, I wanted to bring some positivity and appreciation into our routines. So, I’ve crafted a set of gratitude-themed printable planner stickers for your daily planner and gratitude journal.
No matter what we go through in life, there is always something to be grateful for. Let’s take a break from our everyday craze, and reflect on our blessings!
Some mental health experts advocate to practice gratitude every day consistently, but I think even an occasional gratitude reminder is enough to improve our lives.
I will also be honest and say that for me, gratitude alone doesn’t magically reduce anxiety all the way to zero or serve as an instant stress relief. However, it does offer pockets of calm. Like when my cat decides to curl up on my lap, pulling me into a brief moment of appreciation in the middle of a stressful day. My existential fears are still there, but they can’t take away this blissful moment, and I’m so grateful for that!
The printable stickers have titles like “things to appreciate” and “small joys”, to kickstart your journaling and ease you into a pleasant gratitude practice.
By the way, the graphics on these stickers come from the clipart sets in my Etsy shop. There are many different sets there, and they are available for anyone who wants to make their own printables, crafts and other artistic protects. Come check them out!

To download the free printable gratitude stickers, simply click on the download link below.
The printable stickers are set on letter sized paper, but they will print well on A4 paper too (without scaling). You can use regular paper and place the stickers in your planner with glue, or print on adhesive paper for printers. Just make sure the paper is comfortable to write on.
