Here is a peek to the process of creating an illustration for a coloring book.

I’m thinking of getting PenTool Sai and use it instead of illustrator for this project. I heard it’s more convenient for creating outlines and controlling their width.
But isn’t getting used to a new software agonizing?? it surely doesn’t help when PenTool Sai clicks in my head as PainTool Sigh -_-. though from what I heard it should be a friendly software.

well, back to work. i really want to have more creatures in this one. sea urchins! octopuses! dolphins! oysters with pearls! wish i had  more space!
