Today I have the perfect winter craft for kids who love cute bunnies! This paper craft is easy, fun, and comes with a free printable template to cut and color. It doesn’t require any special equipment, nor does it need a big working area. All this easy craft needs is your printer, paper and a few basic items. Truly a wonderful activity for a cozy indoor day.
I love printable crafts. It’s so easy to print out the template and gather around for a spontaneous family craft time. Also, I’m obsessed with kawaii things and often look for printable kawaii crafts for my personal joy. However, kawaii crafts for kids are rare find, so I’m excited to share this one with my fellow cuteness-lovers!

You will need*:
- This printable template
- Cardstock for printer
- Scissors
- Glue (I use this glue stick)
- Coloring tools
* Includes Amazon affiliate links
Steps:
1. Print the Bunny on a Sled template and bring the illustrations to life with your favorite colors.
2. Carefully cut out each part of the template. I colored the rope on both sides.
3. Fold the tabs of the sled’s base.
4. Glue one of the sled’s sides to the tab of the sled’s base. Ensure the bottom edges align. Repeat for the other side, making sure both sled’s sides face the same direction.
5. Fold the tabs of the sled’s blades.
6. Glue these tabs to the bottom of the sled, securing the blades in place.
7. Fold the bunny along the dashed lines at the arms, waist, and feet.
8. Glue the bunny’s bottom to the the sled’s base, so he is seated comfortably.
9. Add the sled’s rope: Attach the middle of the rope to the bunny’s hands, and fix the rope’s ends to the inner sides of the sled.
And there you have it – your very own sled craft that brings a bit of winter joy into your home. Feeling extra playful? Add some cotton balls and pinecones for an engaging snow craft idea!
