Free printable gift box – easy instructions

This printable box measures 7.5 X 7.5CM (2.95” X 2.95”) and its height is 3CM (1.18”). It’s perfect for small romantic gifts such as homemade cookies, chocolates, accessories or personal letters.

Here is how to make it:

Step 1:

Print the gift box template on white craft paper. You can print at home or at a print shop.

Step 2:

Cut out the box template.

Step 3:

Slit along the solid lines. Make sure you don’t cut along dashed lines.

Step 4:

Score along the dashed lines. Scoring makes it easy to fold. 
To score, align a ruler along the dashed lines, and pass with the dull side of a butter knife to make a soft crease.

Step 5:

Fold along the dashed lines.

Step 6:

Place the box template with the design facing down, and starts assembling it:
Apply some glue on the small flaps (Marked on the printable template as 1, 2, 3, 4).

Step 7:

Fold the side flaps (marked 5 and 6) over the small flaps and press against the glue to keep them in place.

To close the box, tuck the cover’s side flaps (marked 7 and 8) into the box, and slide flaps 9 and 10 into the slits on the sides.

And it’s one! You have your own DIY gift box for a romantic gesture.
